Fast Intra is a professional sports and rehabilitation drink during training. Intra contains an effective amount of essential EAA and branched-chain BCAA amino acids.

The drink powder dissolves easily in water and tastes good.

Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs – leucine, isoleucine, and valine) and essential amino acids (EAAs) have a wide range of beneficial effects in athletes.

EAA and BCAA contribute to muscle growth: it increases muscle protein synthesis by giving the body a signal to grow more muscle. The effect is so great that it helps reduce muscle loss and fat gain, even during a forced break in training.

EAA and BCAA not only contribute to muscle growth but have also been shown in studies to achieve a leaner body.

EAA and BCAAs help maintain optimal testosterone levels for muscle growth and control cortisol levels. Strong exercise increases the body’s cortisol levels, which causes muscle loss and fat gain.

Using a mixture of EAA and BCAA before or during a workout will prevent a drop in post-workout testosterone levels. EAA + BCAA not only increases strength but also allows you to train longer and harder, reducing fatigue. It is therefore useful for both strength and endurance ranges.
